Who We Are and What This Policy Covers
Ignite Your Marketing LLC (“IYM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides marketing, automation, artificial intelligence, and business operating technologies and services, including Catalyst, Catalyst Growth, LinkFlow, the Absence Audit, Orbit, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit ignite-your-marketing.com or related pages, forms, and checkout pages; contact or communicate with us; purchase or use our Services; subscribe to newsletters or product updates; participate in onboarding, demonstrations, calls, or support interactions; or connect supported third-party accounts or services to our products.
This Privacy Policy applies to information that IYM controls about its own website visitors, prospects, customers, and business contacts.
When our customers use our Services to collect or process information about their own customers, prospects, or contacts, IYM generally processes that information on the customer’s behalf. In those circumstances, the IYM customer is responsible for determining the lawful basis for collecting and using that information and for providing any privacy notices or obtaining any consent required by applicable law.

Information You Provide to Us
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Contact information, including:
- first and last name;
- email address;
- mobile or business phone number;
- company name;
- website;
- job title or role; and
- business or mailing address.
Form and inquiry information, including:
- messages you send to us;
- your business size;
- information about your business;
- products or services you are interested in;
- whether you are actively selling or marketing; and
- other information you voluntarily provide.
Purchase and account information, including:
- products or subscriptions purchased;
- account status;
- billing address;
- shipping information;
- subscription status; and
- transaction history.
Payment information may be submitted directly through third-party payment processing services. IYM does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card number in order to process a purchase.
Onboarding and registration information. Certain Services may require information necessary to configure your account, establish integrations, ship physical products, or complete business messaging registration.
This information may include:
- legal business name;
- business address;
- business registration information;
- tax or business identification information;
- website;
- authorized representative information; and
- supporting business documentation.
Communications, including information contained in emails, text messages, chat conversations, support requests, telephone calls, voice-agent interactions, and other communications with IYM. Calls or conversations may also be recorded or transcribed where appropriate and after applicable notice is provided.
Connected-account information. If you authorize one of our Services to connect to another business or professional account, we may receive or process information necessary to establish and operate that connection.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our Site or interact with certain digital communications, we may automatically collect technical and usage information such as:
- IP address;
- browser type;
- device type;
- operating system;
- pages viewed;
- links clicked;
- referring page or source;
- date and time of access;
- campaign attribution information;
- email delivery information;
- email opens and clicks; and
- message delivery or response information.
We may use cookies, browser storage, analytics technologies, pixels, and similar technologies for these purposes.
Information From Other Sources
We may also receive information from people or organizations that refer you to us; public business and professional sources; connected platforms and accounts; event or business partners; payment and transaction processors; messaging and telecommunications providers; analytics providers; fulfillment and shipping providers; and other service providers that support our operations.
How We Use Information
Provide and operate our Services
This includes creating and maintaining accounts; processing purchases and subscriptions; onboarding customers; configuring systems; operating Catalyst and Catalyst Growth; operating LinkFlow; delivering the Absence Audit; developing and operating Orbit; fulfilling and shipping physical products; and providing support.
Complete messaging registration
We may use customer-provided business information to prepare, submit, maintain, or support business messaging registrations with telecommunications carriers, registration organizations, or other applicable parties.
Approval of any messaging registration is determined by the applicable carriers or registration organizations and cannot be guaranteed by IYM.
Communicate with you
We may send inquiry responses, purchase confirmations, onboarding information, appointment reminders, billing or account notices, support communications, security messages, product updates, and other transactional communications.
Send marketing and product information
Where permitted by law and subject to applicable consent requirements, we may send product announcements, launch notifications, newsletters, Orbit build updates, promotional communications, and information about other IYM Services.
You may opt out of marketing communications as described below.
Understand and improve our business
We may use information to measure website traffic; understand campaign performance; determine how visitors discovered IYM; analyze product usage; prioritize inquiries; improve customer experience; develop products; evaluate business performance; and improve our Services.
Protect IYM and our users
We may use information to prevent fraud or abuse; protect our systems; enforce agreements; investigate misuse; comply with legal obligations; and protect the rights, safety, and property of IYM, our customers, and others.
We may also create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual and use that information for legitimate business purposes.
Catalyst, LinkFlow, and Customer-Controlled Data
Catalyst
Catalyst allows IYM customers to capture, organize, follow up with, and manage information about people with whom they interact.
When a customer’s prospect or contact enters information through Catalyst, that information is generally controlled by the IYM customer.
IYM processes that information to provide the Services to the customer.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that it has an appropriate legal basis for collecting and using the information, including any consent required before sending text messages, emails, calls, or other communications.
If you are contacted by an IYM customer and wish to exercise privacy rights relating to information that business controls, you should generally contact that business directly. If you contact IYM instead, we may assist in routing the request to the appropriate customer.
LinkFlow
LinkFlow is IYM’s proprietary professional-network growth capability included with certain Services.
When you authorize LinkFlow to connect with a supported professional networking account, IYM and service providers acting on our behalf may process information necessary to establish the connection; search for or organize professional contacts; conduct actions you configure; manage outreach and follow-up; retrieve relevant professional profile or engagement information; and synchronize appropriate information with your business systems.
We process connected-account information only as necessary to provide and maintain the requested functionality.
You remain responsible for your use of connected third-party accounts and for complying with the applicable terms and laws governing your activity.
Artificial Intelligence, AI Agents, and Call Recording
Artificial intelligence is incorporated into IYM’s operations and Services.
AI systems may process information described in this Privacy Policy for purposes such as:
- summarizing conversations;
- drafting communications;
- assisting with follow-up;
- analyzing business information;
- qualifying or prioritizing inquiries;
- supporting customer service;
- generating content;
- analyzing business performance;
- transcribing communications;
- assisting with decision support; and
- generating business insights.
We may use third-party artificial intelligence technologies and models as part of these processes.
Because the providers, models, and underlying technologies used by IYM may change over time, information processed through AI services may be subject to the contractual terms, privacy practices, security controls, and account configurations applicable to those services.
IYM does not represent that a particular AI model or provider will always be used.
AI voice and chat agents
You may interact with an AI-powered voice agent, chat agent, or other automated system when communicating with IYM.
Where appropriate, we will identify or otherwise disclose when you are interacting with an automated or AI-assisted system.
Call recording and transcription
We may record or transcribe telephone or voice conversations for customer service, quality assurance, record keeping, training, fulfillment of Services, and improvement of our systems.
When a call is recorded, notice will be provided at or near the beginning of the interaction.
If you do not wish to participate in a recorded call, you may decline to continue through that channel.
Orbit
Orbit is IYM’s business operating system and intelligence network and is currently being developed and tested before general customer availability.
When offered to outside customers, Orbit may process business information customers choose to connect to the system in order to provide the requested functionality.
To the extent Orbit develops insights across participating businesses, IYM intends for shared network-level insights to use aggregated or de-identified information rather than information identifying a specific individual’s personal information or a customer’s confidential business information.
Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile telephone number and expressly consent to receive text messages from IYM, we may send messages relating to your inquiry, purchases, appointments, onboarding, account activity, customer support, and marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them.
Messages may be delivered using automated technology.
Consent is not required to purchase
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any IYM product or service.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opting out
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. We may send a final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.

Mobile information
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with third parties except service providers necessary to deliver the messaging service, telecommunications carriers, messaging-registration organizations, or where disclosure is required by law.
How We Disclose Information
IYM does not sell personal information in exchange for monetary payment.
We may disclose personal information to categories of third parties that help us operate our business and provide our Services, including:
- CRM and business-operations providers;
- website hosting and security providers;
- payment processors;
- email and text-message providers;
- telecommunications providers;
- analytics providers;
- advertising and attribution providers;
- artificial intelligence and transcription providers;
- connected-account integration providers;
- fulfillment and shipping providers;
- cloud infrastructure providers;
- professional advisers; and
- other contractors or service providers acting on our behalf.
At your direction
For example, when you connect another account or service to an IYM product.
For messaging registration
We may provide necessary business information to carriers, registration organizations, or related service providers when acting on a customer’s instructions.
For legal and safety purposes
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law; respond to legal process; protect our rights; enforce agreements; investigate fraud or misuse; or protect the safety of IYM, our customers, or others.
Business transactions
Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
Aggregated or de-identified information
We may disclose information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it does not reasonably identify an individual.
Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Marketing emails
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link contained in the message.
We may continue to send transactional, billing, account, security, or customer-service communications when necessary.
Text messages
You may opt out by replying STOP as described in Section 6.
Access, correction, and deletion
You may ask IYM to tell you what personal information we maintain about you, correct inaccurate information, provide a copy of your information, or delete personal information we control.
Send requests to [email protected] using the subject Privacy Request.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
We may retain information where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, financial records, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business purposes.
Withdraw consent
Where processing depends on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.
Authorized representatives
Where permitted by law, you may authorize another person to submit a privacy request on your behalf. We may require verification of both the authorization and your identity.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. IYM will honor applicable rights as required by law.
We will not discriminate against you for making a legitimate privacy request.
How Long We Keep Information
We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable legal, accounting, contractual, security, and compliance requirements.
Our general retention practices are:

These periods are general guidelines rather than guarantees. Some information may be deleted sooner or retained longer where reasonably necessary or legally required.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
These may include encrypted connections, access controls, authentication measures, system monitoring, restricted permissions, and service providers with appropriate security practices.
No technology, storage method, or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If a security incident involving personal information requires notification under applicable law, we will provide the required notices.
Children
The Site and Services are intended for businesses and adults.
They are not directed toward children under 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Where Information Is Processed
IYM is based in the United States.
Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where IYM or its service providers operate.
If you access our Site or Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in a jurisdiction whose privacy laws differ from those in your location.
Third-Party Sites, Accounts, and Services
Our Site and Services may link to third-party websites, connect with third-party business accounts, use externally hosted checkout pages, integrate with other software, or allow you to authorize external services.
IYM does not control the independent privacy practices of third parties.
Your use of third-party websites and services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our business, technology, Services, and legal obligations change.
When we update the policy, we will revise the Last Updated date shown above.
If a change is material, we may also provide notice through our Site, email, account notices, or another reasonable method.
